We are ready to help you get beautiful souvenirs during your family trip. We are knowledgeable about the suitable and beautiful location that will fit into the family photoshoot.

We'll meet at your desired location but the best way is to be close to locations where you wanna shoot. Usually, we meet up at the statue of Charles IV.
Our timeframes are very generous we usually wrap earlier because we are able to shoot quickly. We suggest blocking out 3 hours for your shoot, but don’t be surprised if we wrap half an hour early. If we are shooting in a busy area, such as the Charles Bridge, it might take us a little longer because we are waiting for people to scoot out of the way, etc. this just takes a little more time. The timeframe includes travel time between locations. For our standard portrait and couple sessions, we say about 1 hour per outfit. Be mindful of how long it takes to change into each outfit as well.

Upon booking a scheduled photoshoot, Customer may cancel the request with no penalty up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Upon booking a scheduled photoshoot, Customer may cancel the request less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time, but will be assessed a Cancellation Fee of 25% of total shoot value.
Upon booking a scheduled photoshoot, Customer may cancel the request less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, but will be assessed a Cancellation Fee of 50% of total shoot value.
Any cancellation that occurs less than 12 hours in advance of a scheduled time will incur a 100% Shoot Fee Penalty.
In case, the photoshoot is cancelled by the photographer, the reschedule of the photoshoot is offered or either the FULL refund to the Customer.
In case, the Customer is unavailable to have a photoshoot, the reschedule might be offered upon to the mutual commmunication. Please mind the reschedule can't be cancelled.
